About
Welcome to Luigi's Homestyle Pizza, a beloved gem nestled in the heart of El Paso at 321 E Mills Ave. With over a decade of experience serving the community, this family-owned establishment brings a touch of authentic Italian cuisine to the area. As I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm ambiance and friendly smiles, setting the perfect stage for what would soon become a culinary adventure.
One cannot visit Luigi's without indulging in their renowned calzones. A recent patron, Marcos Bolanos, raved about the generous filling of pepperoni and the freshness that made each bite memorable. The moment you cut into one of these calzones, you'll be enveloped by the aroma of quality ingredients. If you’re in the mood for pasta, the ravioli is another highlight, crafted with precision to ensure that the filling bursts with flavor while maintaining a perfectly al dente texture—no soggy pasta here!
And then there’s the pizza. Clavo Martinez, a frequent visitor, highly recommends the classic cheese pizza on a thin crust. His description of a “great undercarriage” and “super crunchy” crust makes my mouth water. The tangy and spicy pizza sauce perfectly complements the freshness of the cheese, allowing the quality of the dough to shine through. It’s a simple combination, but one that speaks volumes about Luigi's commitment to craft and authenticity.
Beyond the stellar food, Luigi's also prides itself on a welcoming environment. It’s an ideal spot for solo diners, groups, or anyone seeking a cozy place to enjoy a satisfying meal. As Luis A shared, the gentle staff and inviting Italian-style décor enrich the overall dining experience, making you feel like part of the family. If you find yourself strolling through downtown El Paso, make sure to stop by Luigi's—you won’t be disappointed. Trust me, you’ll want to thank me later!
Whether you're in the mood for a hearty plate of spaghetti with meatballs or tempted by the decadent lasagna, your taste buds will undoubtedly revel in the fare at Luigi's Homestyle Pizza. With each dish crafted from fresh ingredients and served with a smile, it's no wonder this establishment has become a local favorite. So grab a slice, sit back, and indulge in the passion and tradition that Luigi's has to offer!

“ I was visiting my family in El Paso and my brother brought me to this restaurant he loves. I'm sometimes skeptical of my brother's restaurant choices, but I have to admit that this place was delicious! Especially the calzone. It was packed with pepperoni and everything tasted really fresh. I loved how they made the ravioli. The filling tasted fresh and full of flavor. Most importantly, the ravioli was perfectly al dente. I hate soggy or soft pasta, but this was done to perfection. The owner was very nice and he was actually the one serving us. I ask alot of questions when I visit a new restaurant. He said he runs the place with his brother and that the restaurant has been operating about 10 years. I wish them continued success. ”
“ The last time I visited Luigis was over five years ago. The lunch buffet was a hit for college students on a budget. Today I visited a little after 12:30 pm and the place was unusually quiet for a Wednesday afternoon in my opinion. I ordered a Classic style pizza on thin crust with cheese as the only topping. This allows me to better taste all of the ingredients. After I sat down and received my beverage, exactly 11 minutes later I received my pie just as ordered. The pizza was well made and cooked well done. After a minute resting on the table I grabbed a slice. Absolutely no flop, great undercarriage and the crust was super crunchy. The cheese was fresh and the pizza sauce had a nice tangy spice to it. The dough was great tasting as well. Perfect place for dining alone or small groups. I highly recommend Luigis if you are in downtown El Paso. I score my pizza 7.2 on a scale of 1 to 10. ”
“ I ordered spaghetti & meatballs. Service was great and my food came out promptly. Spaghetti was good, the bread as well. I only ate half, the rest will make for a delicious lunch meal. ”
“ Favorite pizza in town Fresh ingredients on food, gentle staff and great Italian style environment. If you’re walking around come in, try it out and thank me later ”
“ Must try there lasagne. It was delicious!!! I'll definitely be coming back. Plus I like the atmosphere in the restaurant. ”
“ My experience was exceptional , To be honest Spaghetti meatballs was ok, but the wings are one of the best wings in town in my opinion perfectly cooked crispy outside, tender inside, waiter very polite and always paying attention on the refills. Definitely I will be back ”
“ Went there thinking there was a buffet, but it wasn't open. Ordered a pizza and wings and was delighted to taste that authentic fresh pizza flavor. It's been a while since I had pizza outside of delivery but this was a welcomed change. Great tasting pizza, minute walk from down town. Recommend ”
“ Luigi’s is delicious!! Their garlic bread is amazing especially if you add the cheese. I am amazed that this place is not filled with people because the price and quality of the food is so worth it. The service was also amazing and they’re really attentive. It’s really delicious so I heavily recommend this place! ”
